What does this cost my program?

When athletes subscribe ($249/year, usually covered by parents), their email and social outreach features activate — giving you richer activity data on your dashboard.
My athletes won't use it.
The athlete dashboard gives each player one clear next step: finish the profile, connect Gmail, add target schools, then send the first email. Once they are in conversation with schools, Built-In Coaching keeps handing them the next move for each one. Team joining is optional, so an athlete can start immediately and use your code whenever they're ready.
Do I have to coach every athlete through every school?
No. Each subscribed athlete gets Built-In Coaching for every school on their list: a ranked set of Recommended Actions built from that school's emails, X messages, notes, visits, and questionnaires, with the reason behind each one. You suggest schools and set direction. The platform tells the athlete what to do next with each school and why.
I don't have time to manage another platform.
You don't have to. Athletes run their own outreach. You check the dashboard when you have 5 minutes, suggest a school here, leave a note there. It's guidance, not administration.
How do athletes join my team?
Share the team's join code or create a one-time invite link. Athletes join instantly as long as the team matches a sport on their profile — there is no request or approval step. You can also invite other coaches, and the team owner controls roster removals.
